McMillan Education Consultant Attends annual Consultants Conference

From May 7th through May 10th, Carol Kinlan attended the annual Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) conference in Indianapolis. She attended a session that focused on understanding support services at the college level for students with learning and attentional challenges. The group discussed the three tiers of support offered by colleges in the U.S. (i.e. minimal, moderate and comprehensive). The session also focused on many individual colleges and the types of support each offered their students, including assistive technology and special staffing.
